The RN - Unit Manager is responsible for the nursing services and oversight of social programming for all residents on his/her assigned unit for a twenty-four (24) hour basis; involves communication with physicians, families, co-workers and other health care professionals, management and evaluation of nursing staff performance, hiring, and the termination of staff. This individual is responsible for nursing care reporting, documentation planning, implementation and evaluation. This is a full-time position (8am-4pm) with an on-call requirement.

Available schedule is 9am-5pm including rotating weekends.   Housekeeping team members assist with ensuring the health and wellbeing of our residents by providing housekeeping support. This individual is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all facility areas, including but not limited to, resident rooms, common areas and offices.

The nursing scheduler generates, manages and updates master schedules while making adjustments as needed according to budgetary constraints, census fluctuations, call-ins, and pre-planned leaves of absence.

The Director of Maintenance is responsible for the overall maintenance operation and life safety compliance of their assigned facility and grounds.
