Registered Nurse (RN) - Nursing Supervisor Position Overview:
- The Nursing Supervisor assists with ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by being responsible for nursing care rendered at the facility during the assigned shift, supervision of nursing personnel of each unit, and other additional duties assigned by the Director of Nursing Services.
The RN Unit Manager is responsible for the nursing services and oversight of social programming for all residents on his/her assigned unit for a twenty-four (24) hour basis; involves communication with physicians, families, co-workers and other health care professionals, management and evaluation of nursing staff performance, hiring, and the termination of staff. The RN Unit Manager will also be on-call every 5th weekend and is responsible for nursing care reporting, documentation planning, implementation and evaluation.
$7500 sign on bonus for Full Time LPNs and $3750 for Part Time!
LPN Starting Rate: $25.00 / hour (Earn more with experience)

LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Team Leader - Position Overview:
- Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are indispensable members of our interdisciplinary team and are charged with managing the daily clinical regimen of each resident and sub-acute patient. - Direct nursing care of residents encompasses planning, developing, organizing, implementing and evaluating the care of residents to ensure that the highest degree of quality care and regulatory compliance is maintained at all times.

RN Educator Position Overview:
- The RN Educator is responsible to work collaboratively with management staff and nursing governance representatives to ensure implementation of orientation, compliance and continuing in-service education programs for facility personnel. Develops, coordinates, and evaluates educational programs for the orientation and development of staff.
- Develops, plans, and implements a program of education for all facility personnel, including orientation of new personnel to facility and operational techniques.
- This individual may also serve as the primary instructor for the Nursing Assistant Training Program and/or the infection preventionist at the facility.
The Supervisor of Dining Services assists the Director of Dining Services with general oversight and management of department operations and personnel. The individual maintains a leadership role within the department, leads by example and ensures regulations, procedures
Dining Service Assistant (DSA) team members are responsible for ensuring the health and wellbeing of our residents by being responsible for food and beverage preparation, meal service, and kitchen/equipment sanitation. This individual also assists with providing a positive experience to the residents while following all applicable regulations.

Respiratory Therapist team members assist with ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by carrying out skilled respiratory therapy treatments.

The Support Aide provides insight into the direct care role by providing the opportunity to work alongside our clinicians, completing tasks for our resident population. Apply into our Support Aide role and be slotted into the next available Nurse Aide Training Program to become a CNA.
Support Aide Overview:
- Elderwood's CNA Training course will last for three weeks, Monday to Friday from 7:30a-3:30p (times may vary slightly). Until you are officially slotted for training, you will be designated on a specific shift as a Trainee.
- Once in the course - the first two weeks are classroom training; third week will be the clinical portion.
- Once you pass, your status (and pay) will be adjusted from Support Aide to CNA.
- Elderwood will pay for the CNA certification test as well as any applicable onboarding requirements, including but not limited to PPD and Physical for eligible candidates.
- Training is PAID - you will be clocked in during training hours and get paid while you train.
Housekeeping team members assist with ensuring the health and wellbeing of our residents by providing housekeeping support. This individual is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all facility areas, including but not limited to, resident rooms, common areas and offices.
$5000 sign on bonus for Full Time CNAs and $2500 for Part Time!
CNA starting rate: $16.50 - $24.00 / hour (Earn more with experience)
