The community is licensed to provide additional services through the New York State-certified Assisted Living Program (ALP). Offering a continuum of care, the campus-like setting also features a 200-bed skilled nursing facility nearby with subacute rehabilitation, outpatient physical therapy, secure memory care and Adult Medical Day Services.

Our LPNs enjoy a unique opportunity to gain extensive clinical experience and provide advanced care in a home-like setting. - Direct nursing care of residents encompasses planning, developing, organizing, implementing and evaluating the care of residents to ensure that the highest degree of quality care and regulatory compliance is maintained at all times. - State LPN license required.
