Elderwood is currently seeking supportive and nurturing Resident Care Aide/Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our clinical team.    Resident Care Aide/Home Health Aide (HHA) Position Overview: - RCA/HHA team members will assist with ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing personal care support. This position is responsible for meeting the physical and emotional needs of residents under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse ensuring that the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained at all times. $15,000 sign on bonus!   Are you a Registered Nurse (RN) looking to take the next step in your nursing career?  Elderwood Assisted Living at St. Gregory Court is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team! This leadership position in our Assisted Living Network requires a background in Memory Care   RN license preferred - will consider a seasoned LPN with the right background and qualifications.   RN - Director of Nursing, Position Overview: - The Director of Nursing assists with ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by being responsible for the overall staffing, staff training and development, and management of personnel in the Nursing Department. The Director of Nursing also is responsible for the overall quality of care assessment, planning, documentation and provision of services to residents. LPN Compensation Package: - LPN Base Rate Range: $25.00 - $34.00 / hour - LPN Sign-On BONUS: $3750 part time/$7500 full time - Shift Differentials available - $1.00 overnights, $2.00 evenings - Pay-In-Lieu of Benefits Program (earn 16% more when opting out of benefits/PTO) Elderwood Village at St. Gregory Court is searching for a Resident Care Supervisor / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team! Assisted living settings are an excellent starting point for new graduate nurses! Our Licensed Practical Nurse's assist in ensuring the general health and well-being of our residents by providing nursing care. This position is responsible for assisting with medications and monitoring the personal care services provided by Resident Assistants; and reporting care and change in condition of residents to staff of next shift and Director of Nursing.

Help us care for our residents by serving them healthy, delicious meals.  Elderwood Village at St. Gregory Court is looking for a part-time Server.   Servers provide restaurant quality service and assist with ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by being responsible for table service. This individual is a key member of our dining experience and contributes to various aspects of the dining room/kitchen functions.
