This individual is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all facility areas, including but not limited to, resident rooms, common areas and offices.

Elderwood at Wheatfield is searching for a full-time Medical Records Coordinator.  Successful candidates will have at least two years of relevant experience in a long term care setting, plus some medical coding experience.   The Medical Records Coordinator supports the nursing department and assists with ensuring the health and well-being of residents by managing their medical records to include collecting resident information, issuing medical files, filing medical records, and processing paperwork. The MRC maintains records in a manner compliant with all applicable state and federal regulations.
