Maintenance Assistants help keep our residents safe and comfortable by providing repairs in living and common areas. Elderwood Village at Williamsville has a full-time Maintenance position available.
Minimum 3 years' experience required. Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC skills preferred.
Maintenance team members assist with ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing maintenance support. This position is responsible for ensuring resident and staff safety by being responsible for repairs to the buildings and furnishings as well as up-keep of the grounds including lawn care and snow/ice removal.

In this role, you will assist the Director of Nursing with on call coverage every other weekend and work 8:30am - 4:30pm during the week.
