Develops, coordinates, and evaluates educational programs for the orientation and development of staff. - Develops, plans, and implements a program of education for all facility personnel, including orientation of new personnel to facility and operational techniques. - This individual may also serve as the primary instructor for the Nursing Assistant Training Program and/or the infection preventionist at the facility.

LPNs, with the right skill set, will be considered as well.  RN MDS Nurse - Position Overview: - An MDS Nurse Assessor is responsible for collecting and submitting assessment data for the health and well-being of our residents. - The RN MDS Nurse supports the MDS/PPS Coordinator in completion of PPS and/or OBRA assessments for both subacute and long-term care as required as well as any additional departmental tasks designated by MDS/PPS Coordinator as needed. - This is a DAYS position - We will train the right candidate!
