Elderwood of Lakeside at Brockport is seeking a dedicated RN Unit Manager for one of our Long Term Care Units!   The RN Unit Manager is responsible for the nursing services and oversight of social programming for all residents on his/her assigned unit for a twenty-four (24) hour basis; involves communication with physicians, families, co-workers and other health care professionals, management and evaluation of nursing staff performance, and the termination of staff. This individual is responsible for nursing care reporting, documentation planning, implementation and evaluation, and assisting CNAs and LPNs on the floor as needed. This is a full-time position (8am-4pm) with an on-call requirement.

Responsible for developing and directing an activity program for the leisure time of residents; activities are to be designed for entertainment, relaxation, socialization, exercise, stimulation, the opportunity to learn new skills, and for enhancement of the individual, psychological, social and spiritual needs of residents. Responsible for the orientation, training and supervision of Activity Leaders and volunteers.

Elderwood at Lancaster is searching for part-time and full-time housekeeping aides. Available schedules are part-time 7am-3pm or 12-8pm or full-time 12-8pm. All schedules include weekend rotation.   Housekeeping team members assist with ensuring the health and wellbeing of our residents by providing housekeeping support. This individual is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all facility areas, including but not limited to, resident rooms, common areas and offices.
