This training course will last for three weeks and run from 7am-3pmpm. The course is free to take but is an unpaid training. At the completion of the course Elderwood will pay for the CNA certification test as well as any applicable onboarding requirements including but not limited to PPD and Physical for eligible candidates.
Our next CNA class will start January 14, 2018 and will go for approximately 3 weeks.
In order to be considered for the class you must-
If you pass the test and are offered a position, you must also be available for 2 weeks after taking the course. This two week training will be held on the 6am-2pm shift.
Our openings are on 2pm-10pm shift (both full and part-time). If you are not able to work that shift, please do not apply.
Nursing Assistant Trainee team members assist with ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by participating as a student in a Nursing Assistant 100-Hour Training Program and completing certification within 120 hours of training start date.
HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED IS REQUIRED
1.Eighteen (18) years of age required. Successful completion of program required entrance testing and application process.
2. No findings or convictions of resident abuse, mistreatment and misappropriation of property through any current or previous licensing agency.
