    Looking for a PT Maintenance position you will LOVE!?  We are looking for you!


    Maintenance team members assist with ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing maintenance support.  This position is responsible for ensuring resident and staff safety by being responsible for repairs to the buildings and furnishings as well as up-keep of the grounds including lawn care and snow/ice removal.




    • Assist with or perform assigned duties concerned with electricity, plumbing, painting, carpentry (including furniture refinishing or repair), mechanics (including equipment and mechanical systems), heating, cooling and water systems.
    • Assist with or perform duties concerned with maintenance of grounds, parking lots, and driveways (including snow/ice removal, except performed under service contract).
    • Handle incoming and outgoing freight, as needed; lift and move heavy furniture and equipment.
    • Observe residents' rights and treat all residents with courtesy and kindness.
    • May be required to drive company vehicle.
    • Attend facility meetings, staff meetings and required or preferred inservices.
    • Perform all position duties according to safety rules and OSHA standards of practice required for this position, as required to ensure the general safety of staff, residents and visitors of the facility.
    • Utilize electronic timekeeping system.
    • Recognize and follow the dress code of the facility including wearing name tag at all times.
    • Other duties as assigned.


    • Minimum 18 yrs. age required. High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
    • General construction experience or related experience required
    • References to verify competency required.
    • Basic Technology skills along with ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred.
    • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required.
    • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions required,; excellent organizational skills are a MUST
    • Ability to participate in facility on-call program which may include working at facility during off hours.
    • Basic hand tools required.
    • Occasional nights or weekend hours may be required.
    • Flexibilty in daily tasks required.
    • Reliable transportation for on-call program required.
