What You'll Do as Pediatric Registered Dietitian (RD/LDN)

• Complete nutrition assessments and nutrition-focused physical exams for children with complex medical needs
• Develop and adjust enteral and oral nutrition plans, including formula selection, calorie and fluid needs, and feeding schedules
• Monitor growth, labs, weight trends and tolerance, and update plans as each child's needs change
• Partner with nursing, physicians, speech/feeding therapy and families on feeding goals and progression
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process, and meet Academy standards and Pennsylvania regulations
• Participate in care plan meetings and quality improvement, and educate staff and families on nutrition and feeding safety

What You'll Bring as Pediatric Registered Dietitian (RD/LDN)

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential from CDR, or eligible (new grads welcome)
• Pennsylvania LDN, or ability to obtain within [6 months] of hire
• Pediatric, enteral nutrition or nutrition support experience preferred, not required. We'll help you grow.
• CNSC is a plus
• Strong clinical judgment, clear communication and a genuine love of working with children and families
