Lead the nursing team that medically fragile kids in western Pennsylvania count on.

At PSC Hopewell, we care for children with the most complex medical needs, many on ventilators, trachs and feeding tubes, in a home-like setting just outside Pittsburgh. As Director of Nursing, you set the standard for how every child is cared for, every shift.

This is a role for a nurse leader who wants real ownership: build the team, shape the culture and see the results in the kids you care for every day.

  • Own the nursing department. Hire, develop and lead your team with the authority to make it great.
  • Know your kids. Our children live here, and you'll watch them grow and reach milestones over months and years.
  • Have backup. Partner with an engaged Administrator, Medical Director and regional leadership across our Pennsylvania pediatric network.
  • A rare specialty. Pediatric complex-care leadership is hard to find and highly valued. Build that expertise here.
