Pediatric Specialty Care at Hopewell is seeking day-shift Registered Nurses to care for medically fragile and technology-dependent children. Our RNs combine careful assessment, clinical judgment, timely intervention, and family-centered communication to support children with complex and ongoing healthcare needs.

 

On day shift, you'll be at the center of each child's day, working alongside providers, therapists, and respiratory professionals as care plans, therapies, and family conversations happen. You'll get to know the children in your care, recognize subtle changes in their condition, and make an important difference every shift.

RN - Registered Nurse (Pediatrics)

• Lead and implement individualized care plans
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments
• Administer medications and advanced therapies (including IV therapy, TPN, and complex treatments) Monitor and respond to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and families
• Supervise and mentor LPNs and Nurse Technicians
• Support emergency response and clinical safety
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards
• You will be fully accountable for delivering safe, developmentally appropriate, and compassionate pediatric care.

RN - Registered Nurse (Pediatrics):

• Credentials as a Registered Nurse with a current state license (PA - Pennsylvania) in good standing for the state in which work is performed
• Valid, current BLS/CPR and First Aid certification
• Must be at last 21 years of age
• Training and work experience in a pediatric setting preferred
• Meets the qualifications of a Child Care Supervisor as described in 55 Pa. Code Chapter 3800
• This position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors. In order to ensure a safe work environment for residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors of the Company, and to permit unfettered communication between the employee and those residents, coworkers, visitors, and supervisors, this position requires that the employee be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at an intermediate or more advanced level.
