We are seeking a compassionate and clinically driven Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you'll provide skilled physical therapy services, develop individualized treatment plans, and work closely with residents to help them achieve meaningful functional goals. Our 85-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation community provides both Short-Term Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care, giving you the opportunity to work with residents recovering from illness, injury, surgery, hospitalization, or functional decline, as well as those who benefit from ongoing maintenance therapy.
As a valued member of our interdisciplinary team, you'll collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants, nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to support resident progress, promote safe mobility, and improve quality of life through personalized care.
