Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Make a Difference in Someone's Day — Every Day.

At Mattapan Health & Rehabilitation Center, Certified Nursing Assistants are at the heart of the care we provide. As a CNA, you'll be one of the team members residents see and rely on throughout their day — helping with personal care, mobility, meals, comfort, and the everyday moments that make a meaningful difference in their quality of life.

Our 85-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation community provides both Short-Term Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care, giving you the opportunity to work with residents recovering from illness, injury, or surgery as well as those who call Mattapan home for longer-term care.

This is a hands-on role where your compassion, patience, reliability, and attention to detail matter. You'll work closely with nurses, therapists, and other members of our interdisciplinary team to make sure residents receive the care, dignity, and respect they deserve.

If you're someone who takes pride in caring for others, enjoys building genuine relationships, and wants to know that the work you do matters, we'd love to have you join our team.

At Mattapan Health & Rehabilitation Center, you'll have the opportunity to become a familiar and trusted face for the people we serve. Your work may include important clinical responsibilities, but some of the most meaningful moments can be as simple as helping someone feel comfortable, encouraging them through a difficult day, celebrating a rehabilitation milestone, or taking a few extra minutes to listen.

If you're ready to put the CARE back into healthcare, we invite you to apply today.
