Elderwood is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nursing Supervisor (RN) to help lead clinical operations and support our nursing teams within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community.
This is an important leadership role responsible for overseeing nursing care delivery during the assigned shift, supporting nursing staff across units, responding to clinical and operational needs, and helping ensure exceptional resident care and service excellence.

Position Overview - This role plays a critical part in maintaining clinical excellence, supporting staff performance, and ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, high-quality care.As Nursing Supervisor, you will:
- Oversee nursing operations during your assigned shift
- Support and supervise nursing staff across the facility
- Serve as a clinical resource and leader for nursing teams
- Help ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance
- Assist with staffing coordination, problem-solving, and resident care oversight
- Partner closely with Unit Managers, DON leadership, providers, and interdisciplinary teams
