Western & Central New York

Lead Where You’re Needed Most. Make an Impact Across Multiple Facilities.

Elderwood Staffing Solutions (ESS) is seeking an experienced and highly capable Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to serve as a Regional Float Leader providing supplemental leadership support to our skilled nursing facilities across Western and Central New York. This role is designed to provide interim and supplemental administrative support and does not replace the requirement that each facility maintain a duly designated and Department of Health-approved Administrator of Record at all times.

Opportunities for future placement in a permanent, site‑based Administrator role may arise based on organizational need, regulatory approvals, and mutual fit; however, no specific placement, timeline, or assignment is guaranteed.

Why This Role Is Different

  • Work across multiple Elderwood facilities providing interim administrative and leadership support
  • Step into high‑impact leadership situations and drive real change
  • Partner with Regional and Executive leadership teams
  • Gain broad exposure across operations, teams, and facility cultures
  • Ideal for experienced LNHAs who enjoy variety, challenge, and influence
