    Elderwood Assisted Living at Waverly is currently seeking a Wellness Leader to join our team! 



    Our Assisted Living facility offers a continuum of care focused on senior health and wellness.  Our beautifully updated facility offers 21 Assisted Living apartments and 8 Enriched apartments.

    Responsibilities

    Wellness Leader team members contribute to the health and well-being of residents by conducting enjoyable recreation programs. This position is responsible for implementing a wellness program and to meet the six dimensions of wellness: physical, social, emotional, intellectual, spiritual and vocational.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 18 yrs. age required, HS diploma or equivalent required.
    • Valid New York Driver’s License and clean driving record required.
    • Ability to inspire and motivate others, create a warm and accepting climate for residents and be able to adapt and modify activities to meet their needs required.
