LPN Pay & Incentives

• $30.00 – $38.05/hour (Full-Time & Part-Time)
• Per Diem: $30.44/hour
• Pay-in-Lieu of Benefits: Earn 10% more
• Gas Stipend: We help offset your commute

Flexible Scheduling Options

• Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• Weekend-Only Positions Available (Days, Evenings, Nights)
• Full-Time, Part-Time & Per Diem options

What You’ll Do (LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse)

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately (following the “5 rights”)
• Lead and support CNAs in delivering high-quality resident care
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to nursing leadership
• Follow and implement care plans to ensure consistent, individualized care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation (MARs, treatment records, nursing notes)
• Ensure safe handling of medications, including controlled substances

What We’re Looking For (LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse)

• Current LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or RN (Registered Nurse) license in New York State
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric settings preferred
• Strong ability to lead and support CNAs and care teams
• Clear communication skills — both verbal and written
• A compassionate, respectful approach to resident care
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Commitment to delivering care aligned with high clinical and regulatory standards
