Overview

Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) - Pediatrics

Pediatric Specialty Care

Practice with purpose. Build real relationships. Change lives.

At Pediatric Specialty Care (PSC), our Nurse Practitioners do more than diagnose and treat - they become a consistent, trusted presence in the lives of medically fragile and technology-dependent children.

This is not a volume-driven environment. It’s a place where you can slow down, think deeply, collaborate, and truly impact outcomes over time.

Why PSC?

  • Continuity of care: Build meaningful, ongoing relationships with patients and families
  • High-acuity pediatric experience: Expand your clinical expertise in a specialized setting
  • Collaborative care model: Partner closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
  • Mission-driven culture: Every role is rooted in compassion, dignity, and purpose

Who We Need:

  • Compassionate, patient, and deeply committed to pediatric care
  • A strong communicator who connects easily with children, families, and teams
  • Confident working independently while thriving in a team environment
  • Adaptable and calm in complex clinical situations
  • A clinical leader who leads with both skill and empathy

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Supportive onboarding and clinical leadership
  • The opportunity to build specialized pediatric expertise
  • A role where your work is truly seen, valued, and impactful

Why PSC at Hopewell?

At Pediatric Specialty Care in Hopewell, PA, you’ll care for medically fragile children in a supportive, home-like setting, not a fast-paced hospital environment.
