Overview

Pediatric Specialty Care (PSC) at Lancaster

A Leadership Role That Stays Close to the Bedside.

At Pediatric Specialty Care (PSC) at Lancaster, Nursing Supervisors are hands-on clinical leaders who support both the team and the children in our care every shift.

This is not a desk-based management role. Our Nursing Supervisors are visible on the floor - guiding clinical decision-making, mentoring staff, and stepping in when the team needs support.

PSC provides long-term, high-acuity pediatric care for medically fragile children. Many rely on ventilators, specialized equipment, and complex medication regimens. Delivering this level of care requires experienced nursing leadership that understands both pediatric complexity and real-time team support.

If you are an experienced RN who enjoys leading from the front, strengthening teams, and ensuring excellent pediatric care, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do; As a Nursing Supervisor at PSC, you will:

  • Provide shift leadership and clinical oversight across assigned units

  • Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and nursing support staff

  • Serve as a clinical resource for complex pediatric cases

  • Work closely with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing

  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory standards

  • Mentor staff and promote strong clinical practice and teamwork

  • Step in clinically when needed to support patient care and staffing

This role blends leadership, mentorship, and hands-on clinical support.

Why Nursing Leaders Choose PSC:

  • Specialized pediatric population with complex medical needs

  • Highly collaborative interdisciplinary care teams

  • Structured environment focused on safety and clinical excellence

  • Opportunity to mentor and develop pediatric nursing staff

  • Leadership role with real impact on patient outcomes

At PSC, Nursing Supervisors are trusted clinical leaders who help shape both care delivery and team culture.

Our Mission
