Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatrics
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations.
Monitor residents closely and respond promptly to changes in condition.
Administer medications and advanced therapies, including IV therapy, TPN, and other complex treatments.
Support emergency response and maintain clinical readiness during urgent situations.
Lead and implement individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s clinical and developmental needs.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, respiratory staff, and families to support coordinated care.
Advocate for residents and ensure care decisions reflect the child’s best interests and well-being.
Supervise and mentor LPNs and Nurse Technicians to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
Serve as a clinical resource and role model for team members.
Promote effective communication and teamwork across the interdisciplinary care team.
Ensure care delivery meets pediatric safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Support quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices.
