Overview

Regional HR Operations Manager

Elderwood / Multi-Site Long-Term Care Leadership

In long-term care, HR isn’t theoretical.
It’s regulatory surveys.
It’s call-ins at 5:00 a.m.
It’s navigating employee relations while staying survey-ready.
It’s payroll issues that can’t wait until tomorrow.

We are seeking a Regional HR Operations Manager who has been there - someone who has served in a facility-level HR leadership role and understands the realities of long-term care operations. This is a field-facing, enterprise-impact role designed for an experienced LTC HR professional who brings credibility, practical judgment, and the ability to coach site HR leaders because they’ve walked in their shoes.

Required Experience & Credibility looks like this:

  • Prior HR leadership experience within a long-term care facility

  • Demonstrated understanding of LTC operational realities

  • Experience managing compliance in regulated healthcare environments

  • Strong working knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems

  • Ability to influence and guide field HR teams with confidence

  • You understand the pressures of staffing, regulatory oversight, payroll deadlines, and multi-state labor compliance - not from a handbook, but from experience.

Why This Role Matters

This is not a corporate HR desk role.

This is a position that ensures our facilities remain compliant, supported, and operationally strong.

You will be a trusted advisor to field HR, a partner to Administrators, and a key protector of regulatory and operational integrity across the enterprise.

If you are an LTC HR professional who has earned credibility in the field and are ready to elevate your impact beyond a single building , this is your next step.

Lead where it matters most.
