Lead Pediatric Nursing Where Clinical Excellence and Compassion Meet

At Pediatric Specialty Care (PSC), our Nursing Supervisors are more than shift leaders - they are clinical anchors, mentors, and advocates for medically complex children who depend on consistent, high-quality nursing care. This role is ideal for an experienced Pediatric RN who is ready to step into visible leadership, guide nursing practice, and ensure safe, compliant, and compassionate care across the facility.

If you are driven by clinical excellence, team development, and meaningful pediatric outcomes, this is an opportunity to lead with purpose.

The Impact You’ll Make - As a Nursing Supervisor at PSC, you will:

  • Oversee and support nursing care delivery across assigned units
  • Supervise RNs, LPNs, and nursing support staff to ensure safe, effective care
  • Serve as a clinical resource and leader for complex pediatric cases
  • Partner closely with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory standards
  • Promote a culture of accountability, education, and collaboration
  • You are responsible for both clinical quality and team performance, every shift.

  • At PSC, leadership matters - and Nursing Supervisors are trusted, respected, and essential.
