We are currently seeking Night Shift Respiratory Therapists - professionals who thrive in focused, high-acuity environments and understand that overnight stability is critical to pediatric respiratory success. This is not task-based acute care. This is relationship-driven pediatric respiratory practice with clinical depth.

Respiratory Therapist (RT)
Evaluate weaning potential and respiratory rehabilitation opportunities
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized respiratory care plans
Initiate and manage ventilator weaning protocols per physician orders
Administer prescribed respiratory medications and treatments
Perform scheduled and PRN respiratory interventions
Monitor labs, clinical indicators, and ventilator parameters within scope of practice
Document care clearly and concisely, including ventilation checks every 12 hours per PSC policy
Maintain accurate progress notes, evaluations, and discharge summaries
Communicate clinical findings and recommendations to physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Educate families, caregivers, and staff on respiratory equipment and procedures
Assist with in-service training and onboarding education for staff
Ensure safe, cost-effective use of respiratory equipment and supplies
Respiratory Therapist (RT)
Active, unencumbered Pennsylvania Respiratory Therapist license
RRT or CRT credentialed by the National Board for Respiratory Care
Current CPR (AHA Healthcare Provider) certification
Must be at least 21 years of age
Pediatric, ventilator, or long-term care experience preferred (but not required — we will support training)
