Centrally positioned near the metro-Buffalo area, we provide high-quality care and services that help seniors recover from hospital stays, manage chronic conditions, and achieve their personal goals.
Our community features a 172-bed facility with around-the-clock skilled nursing and a comprehensive rehabilitation program — including cardiac, orthopedic, and physical therapy in a bright, well-equipped therapeutic space.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you’ll work under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist to deliver quality therapy services that help residents improve mobility, strength, and function. You’ll play a crucial role in enhancing their daily lives and promoting recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans
- Record resident progress and behavior in clinical notes
- Maintain therapy supplies and ensure equipment sanitation
- Participate in in-service trainings and team meetings
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Required:
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- New York State PTA license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
