Per Diem: $35.00 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team on a per diem basis. Our need is for weekday and weekend availability.

Physical Therapist Assistant team members play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of residents by delivering high-quality, individualized therapy services.
In this role, you will:
Administer skilled physical therapy treatments as developed by a Registered Physical Therapist
Support residents in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
Maintain the highest standards of quality care and resident safety
Collaborate closely with therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
Build positive, motivating relationships with residents and families
Active, state-specific Physical Therapist Assistant license (required)
Commitment to resident-centered, compassionate care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive, dependable, and patient-focused approach
Strong interdisciplinary collaboration
Therapy, nursing, and leadership work closely together to ensure aligned goals and excellent resident outcomes. Your contributions are respected and valued.
