We are seeking a kind, collaborative, and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our Elderwood team. This is a hands-on, on-site role ideal for an HR professional who enjoys being closely involved in daily operations and supporting employees throughout the full employment lifecycle.
The Human Resources Coordinator supports site-level business operations by managing and executing essential HR administrative and operational functions. This role works closely with leadership and recruiting partners to ensure smooth HR processes, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, doer role—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being actively involved in day-to-day HR support.
