As a member of the Environmental Services team, the Floor Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of floor surfaces throughout our 150-bed skilled nursing and subacute rehabilitation facility. This role performs routine and specialized floor care—including scrubbing, extracting, refinishing, and buffing—to ensure a polished and sanitary environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
This position plays an essential role in supporting a home-like atmosphere and contributes to the comfort and well-being of everyone who lives, visits, or works in our community.
