We’re seeking a Human Resources / Business Office Manager to join our leadership team and support both our staff and residents with excellence.
This hybrid position bridges Human Resources and Business Operations, supporting the heart of our community. You’ll manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations while also overseeing resident billing, account reconciliation, and administrative processes that keep the building running day-to-day.

Lead HR functions for the facility: recruiting, hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Serve as a trusted partner to leadership and staff, promoting engagement, retention, and positive workplace culture.
Administer payroll and benefits through ADP, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Support compliance with state, federal, and company HR regulations.
Oversee business operations, including resident billing, insurance verification, petty cash, and census management.
Manage communication with residents and families regarding financial records, billing, and account reconciliation.
Support events, recognition programs, and training initiatives that make Elderwood a great place to work and live.
