LNA Training Track (Support Aide)
PAID Nurse Training Track
At Elderwood, our Mission is People Caring for People. Our values of Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence guide our commitment to outstanding resident care and to supporting the growth of our employees. If you have a natural desire to help others and are looking for a pathway into nursing, this opportunity may be the perfect fit.
Elderwood at Burlington offers a paid, comprehensive pathway for individuals who wish to become Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs). Whether you have prior experience as a CNA, LNA, HHA, PCA, or are brand new to the field, this program provides hands-on exposure and structured training that leads to certification and permanent placement as an LNA.
Support Aides work alongside our clinical team to assist with basic non-clinical resident care tasks while awaiting entry into the next Nurse Aide Training Program. Once enrolled, participants complete a full three-week paid training program followed by certification testing sponsored by Elderwood.
