Elderwood of Lakeside at Brockport has an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact as a Recruitment Coordinator at our skilled nursing facility. In this role, you will take the lead on outreach and engagement with new applicants, coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding, and assist with HR tasks such as general orientation, payroll, employee retention, and more. Prior experience in a healthcare setting is strongly preferred.
The Recruitment Coordinator provides day-to-day recruitment and new employee onboarding support for the facility. The Recruitment Coordinator also supports company compliance for state surveys/audits, and point of contact for all new employees.
