We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to provide strong clinical leadership, ensure exceptional nursing care, and support our interdisciplinary teams in delivering compassionate, high-quality pediatric care.

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Pediatric
The RN Supervisor is responsible for the overall coordination and supervision of nursing services during assigned shifts, including:
Providing immediate response to resident needs and clinical situations
Supervising nursing care and staff across all units while on duty
Ensuring compliance with clinical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
Promoting and supporting facility safety and infection prevention initiatives
Serving as Infection Preventionist Nurse, as assigned
Assuming responsibility for nursing services in the absence of the Assistant Director of Nursing and/or Director of Nursing Services
Supporting nursing staff through guidance, coaching, and problem-solving
Maintaining effective communication with residents, families, staff, and leadership
Contributing to a respectful, compassionate, and child-centered care environment
Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Pediatric
Active, unencumbered Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Minimum two (2) years of nursing experience, with at least one (1) year in a nursing leadership role
Pediatric, hospital, or long-term care experience required
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Prior experience in nursing education and/or in-service training preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to supervise staff effectively and maintain high standards of care
Must be 21 years of age or older
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at an intermediate or higher level
