We're seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team and provide skilled, compassionate therapy to residents in a supportive post-acute and long-term care environment.

As an Occupational Therapist, you'll provide skilled occupational therapy services designed to help residents achieve their highest possible level of function and independence.
You'll evaluate residents, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document progress, collaborate with physicians and other members of the care team, and contribute to care planning and discharge planning.
You'll work closely with residents, families, nurses, aides, therapy professionals, and other disciplines to ensure therapy goals are aligned with each resident's needs and overall plan of care.

Occupational Therapist:
Graduation from an approved school of occupational therapy required.
State license to practice occupational therapy required.
Two years’ experience in occupational therapy preferred.
Interest in occupational therapy treatment programs for the geriatric and subacute populations utilizing a team approach.
Ability to direct others necessary.
Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing required.
Sense of responsibility and ability to work well with residents, families, and other staff members required.
Qualities of maturity, diplomacy, and ability to work well with others required.
Ability to work with geriatric and chronically ill residents, as well as other professionals in a friendly and helpful manner necessary.
Ability to perform tasks to established standards of excellence required.
