Elderwood is seeking compassionate, high-quality Licensed Practicel Nurses (LPNs) or Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team as Nursing Supervisors. We have Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem positions available.
As a Nursing Supervisor, you will be vital in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by overseeing nursing care during your assigned shift, supervising nursing personnel on each unit, and supporting the Director of Nursing Services with additional duties.

Nursing Supervisor Responsibilities:
Respond immediately to residents’ requests.
Supervise nursing care services and staff across all units during shifts.
Actively promote facility safety programs.
May take on the role of Infection Preventionist Nurse.
Assume responsibility for nursing services in the absence of the Assistant Director of Nursing Services and/or Director of Nursing Services.

LPN - Nursing Supervisor Qualifications
Possession of a valid state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of employment.
Minimum of two (2) years nursing experience, including at least one (1) year in a nursing leadership role.
Interest or experience in geriatrics preferred.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Experience working with dementia populations is desirable.
RN - Nursing Supervisor Qualifications:
Possession of a current Registered Nurse license in the state where work is performed.
Minimum of two (2) years nursing experience and at least one (1) year in a nursing leadership role.
Interest or experience in geriatrics preferred.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Experience working with the dementia population is desirable.
These positions require regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors. In order to ensure a safe work environment for residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors of the Company, and to permit unfettered communication between the employee and those residents, coworkers, visitors, and supervisors, this position requires that the employee be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at an intermediate or more advanced level.
