Elderwood at Lancaster, a community-focused Skilled Nursing Facility located near the historic Village of Lancaster, is seeking a Human Resources Manager (HRM) to lead and support our team.
This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, doer role—perfect for an HR professional who enjoys being in the thick of day-to-day operations. There is no large HR team here—you’ll be the primary HR resource on-site, responsible for both strategic support and daily execution.
Proactive and Solutions-Oriented: Takes initiative and anticipates needs before they arise.
Strong Critical Thinking Skills: Able to assess situations, identify challenges, and implement practical solutions.
HR Operational Expertise: Proficient in core HR functions including employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and related processes.
Technical Savvy: Comfortable navigating multiple systems (HRIS, ATS); familiarity with platforms like ICIMS, ADP, and UKG is a plus.
