We’re currently seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist to join our team at Elderwood at Burlington. In this highly visible role, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, residents, families, and staff—helping to create a warm, welcoming, and professional environment.

As Receptionist, you’ll be more than just the “front desk”—you’ll be a vital part of the Elderwood experience. You’ll assist with administrative tasks, answer phones, greet visitors, and help create a friendly, efficient atmosphere for everyone who enters our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
Greet and assist all guests, residents, and vendors
Handle administrative duties including filing, mail distribution, and light data entry
Support departments with special projects as needed
Uphold a positive and helpful demeanor in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, reliable, and organized
Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
Comfortable using phone systems and basic office software
