We are seeking a dedicated Regional Risk Management Consultant to join our team and play a key role in reducing risks and ensuring the well-being of our residents, employees, and organization.
Position Overview:
Regional Risk Management Consultant:
Analyze trends and data to identify risk patterns and recommend mitigation strategies
Assist in developing and implementing risk mitigation programs to reduce incidents and associated costs
Provide education and strongly advocatesfor the return to work program
Manage return-to-work programs
Provide support to locations on OSHA Recordkeeping
Provide guidance to locations regarding applicable policies, procedures, and relevant laws/regulations.
Ensure adherence to federal and state compliance requirements, particularly those related to healthcare information privacy practices
Maintain Incident and Claim databases and files
Manage COI requests and distribution, maintaining internal database
Manage Vehicle Inventory
