Business Risk Associate Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Risk Associate to support our risk management initiatives and help minimize operational and strategic risks across the organization. Reporting to the VP of Risk Management, this role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with company policies, government regulations, and industry best practices.
Prior experience in workers' compensation and insurance claims management is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of risk management programs to mitigate incidents and financial exposure.
- Manage and analyze Workers’ Compensation, Professional/General Liability, Auto, and other insurance claims, coordinating with locations and insurance carriers.
- Identify risk trends and provide data-driven insights to enhance safety and compliance efforts.
- Support the incident reporting, investigation, and analysis process to drive improvements in workplace safety and liability prevention.
- Assist in the management of return-to-work programs, OSHA recordkeeping, and Surety Bond administration.
- Provide guidance on company risk management policies and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Handle confidential health information in accordance with privacy laws and organizational policies.
