Compensation Package:

Base Rate + Shift Differential + Sign-On Bonus + Pay-In-Lieu of Benefits = TOTAL COMPENSATION

Registered Nurse (RN) - Nursing Supervisor Position Overview:

• As a Nursing Supervisor, you will play a vital leadership role in ensuring exceptional patient care and staff support. Overseeing nursing operations during your assigned shift, you will guide and mentor nursing personnel, promote quality care, and uphold facility standards. Working closely with the Director of Nursing Services, you will help maintain a safe, compassionate, and efficient healthcare environment while making a meaningful impact on both patients and staff.

Elderwood at Lancaster:

• Elderwood at Lancaster is nationally recognized for quality long-term care and short-term rehabilitation services. This close-knit senior care facility with a family feel is located near the historic Village of Lancaster, in Lancaster, NY and convenient to the rural communities in eastern Erie County. Long-term residents with dementia benefit from the Seasons Memory Care program, while a highly-regarded subacute rehabilitation department provides comprehensive short-term physical, occupational and speech therapy.

Registered Nurse (RN) - Nursing Supervisor:

• Responsible for responding immediately to residents’ requests.
• Supervise nursing care services and staff on all units while on duty.
• Actively promotes facility safety programs.
• May assume responsibility as the Infection Preventionist Nurse.
• Assume responsibility for nursing services in the absence of the Assistant Director of Nursing Services and/or Director of Nursing Services.

Registered Nurse (RN) - Nursing Supervisor:

• Possession of a state license in applicable state you are performing work and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
• Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience and at least one (1) year of experience in a nursing leadership role
• Interest or experience in geriatrics
• Current BLS/CPR
• Experience with dementia population desirable
