Business Office Manager Overview:
- The Business Office Manager is responsible for billing and collection of private pay accounts. This position also obtains appropriate insurance information necessary for timely and successful collection of all accounts, as well as, manages facility petty cash accounts and resident accounts. The Business Office Manager is responsible for the maintenance of census, admission, re-admission and discharge records. This role can inlcude supervision of Business Office Clerk and receptionist positions (where applicable).
