What You’ll Do:
As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our employees. Responsibilities include:
- Managing payroll processes, including timekeeping, wage calculations, and deductions.
- Verifying payroll data for accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborating with HR and finance teams across the facility portfolio to maintain payroll records.
- Staying current on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in payroll processing or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of federal and state payroll laws.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Work Arrangement:
- Initial Phase: The first month will be onsite, full-time, allowing you to become familiar with the team, workflows, and organizational culture.
- Ongoing: After the initial onboarding period, the role transitions into a hybrid model, with a flexible remote work component balanced with occasional in-office days as needed.
