Overview

Woodmark Pharmacy Billing in Williamsville, NY is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our growing team.  This position reports to the Pharmacy Billing Manager.

Responsibilities

Position responsibilities to include:

  • Deposit Woodmark Pharmacy of NY, LLC and Woodmark Pharmacy of MA, LLC checks to bank daily. File check scans.
  • Download Key-capture Deposit Report daily.
  • Third Party Reimbursement software (Net Rx)- Third Party Payment remittance (835 file) downloads into Pharmacy Software (Frameworks) and research any unmatched payments
  • Reconcile Daily previous day cash deposits against Treasury Daily Cash Report.
  • Post payments to Accounts Receivable customer accounts in SAGE daily for all payors.
  • Call facility customers for any payment application discrepancies.
  • Tie out current month deposits against Sage A/R and Bank Statements
  • Research and resolve cash reconciliation issues.
  • Apply cash payments into Collections software (TEK Collect).
  • Third Party Reimbursement software (Net Rx) – cash/remittance management; archive old remits; check for unpaid; run reports for Insurance Cash forecasting.
  • Process recurring customer credit card payments.
  • Scan in Census Reports for billing Staff
  • Process Prescription Returns from SNF customers
  • Input SNF invoiced monthly recurring charges. e. – consulting fees, stat charges, and medical records consulting…
  • Set up excel files monthly. Such as Unbilled report and Medicaid Pending Reports.
  • Resident Refunds –scan in for payment to Accounts Payable.
  • Projects as needed, AD HOC

Qualifications

  • Associates degree in Business/Finance/Accounting.
  • 1-3 years of professional office experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills required
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Highly accurate data entry skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to effectively solve problems
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Work and Outlook)
